Web browsers, known as browsers are used to view and interact with
web pages. Some examples of web browsers are Chrome, Edge and
Firefox. When a web browser is opened, a set homepage opens up.
For example, www.google.com, may be the homepage in America for
Google Chrome users. Most often for private users, a search engine
website is the homepage. However, other web pages of importance
can be the home page, too. These days, search engines are
region-specific by default.

Network Tasks
|
Common network tasks include connecting to a local network,
verifying connectivity, changing the Wifi password set on the
computer, updating DNS Server IP address information and
reconnecting to the local network. In Windows 10, these tasks can
be carried out in Network & Internet Settings or in the
Network and Sharing Center (Control Panel). Network sharing can be
set up, too. This allows Windows computers to be accessed by other
Windows computers in the same shared network. The Network and
Sharing Center allows users to edit most of the network and
adapter settings. It is more encompassing than Network &
Internet Settings. More networking tasks can be done using it,
overall. One example is uninstalling various components of
adapters. However, it is not advised to alter advanced
configurations unless it is necessary to do so.
