Users can edit Microsoft documents on web browsers in remote locations from their address without having to use an installed app of the same type on a computer’s Windows system
On Linux computers, web apps in Outlook accounts can be used on the web, and saved in Outlook accounts
Skype can be used from remote locations to communicate with others through video conferencing
Inline File Attachments:
Inline file attachments are attachments of files from a given cloud storage space. So, instead of attaching a file from a disk drive on a computer or an external drive, the attachment can be attached from the email service’s online drive itself. An example is attaching a file from OneDrive in Outlook to an email. Each email service provider that has the ability to attach inline files has its own cloud storage drive. The file types that can be attached from cloud drives of email service providers are often limited. This depends on the email service provider the user is using email services from. However, over the years, file types which are blocked from being uploaded have been reduced. Web apps in Outlook.com accounts are set to by default, open and modify inline documents saved on OneDrive. They can work with documents on computer or external drives, too.
