background: transparent\">The\nemail account folders for each added email account are listed on the\nleft pane of the email client&#8217;s window for each email account. On the\nright pane, the Inbox is displayed or the selected folder of the\nemail account being viewed. Users can switch between email accounts,\ntoo. At the top, there is usually a menu bar containing menu options.\nAn option to add a third pane to the right may be available in email\nclients. Some email clients like Windows Mail and Calendar have icons\nfor various functions on the main window. Almost all if not all email\nclients contain a search box for emails in the layout of the given\nemail client.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-left: 0.5cm; background: transparent\"><br\/>\n<br\/>\n\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-left: 0.5cm; page-break-before: auto; page-break-after: auto\">\n<font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><b>Priority of\nEmails<\/b><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-left: 0.5cm; background: transparent\"><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">The\npriority of an email represents the importance of an email to the\nrecipient. In the Inbox, high and low priority emails are represented\nwith a color coded symbol next to them in the listing of received\nemails. An example of an\nemail service which permits email accounts to be linked to each other\nis Outlook. In Outlook, external email accounts and other Microsoft\nemail accounts can be connected to the Outlook email account.\nConnected accounts do appear in email clients just like in webmail.\nOther email service providers like GMail and AOL provide the ability\nto link email accounts, too. Linking email accounts must be done from\nthe webmail interface. On the left-most pane of numerous email\nclients like Thunderbird, the linked or connected accounts&#8217; folders\nwill appear alongside the added email account.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"background: transparent\"><br\/>\n<br\/>\n\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"background: transparent\"><br\/>\n<br\/>\n\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"background: transparent\"><br\/>\n<br\/>\n\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-left: 0.5cm; page-break-before: auto; page-break-after: auto\">\n<font color=\"#000000\"><b>Email Grouping<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-right: 4.7cm; margin-left: 0.6cm; page-break-before: auto; page-break-after: auto\">\n<font color=\"#000000\">Email messages can be sorted into various\ngroups. By default, they are sorted by date. However, other sorting\nconditions can be used, too. On example is, displaying emails by,\nSubject. The order of email listings can also be cannot display\nlatest emails upon opening the inbox first or vice-versa such that\nemails are displayed in ascending order or descending order by date.\nEmails can be ordered by size or whether or not they have file\nattachments, too. Depending on the webmail platform, this may vary. Very\noften, by clicking on the column headings in mailbox folders, the\norder of email listings can be switched from ascending to descending\nand vice-versa. For convenience purposes, it is best to have the\nnewest emails appear in the inbox when it is opened. Switching the\norder of emails in listings in email account folders can be useful\nwhen searching for specific emails. For example, if you are looking\nfor High priority emails, you may want to temporarily alter the order\nof emails in the inbox to display the latest High priority emails at\nthe top of the inbox.
